Rutherford Downtown Partnership budget fails to pass for second time

Once again, Rutherford Downtown Partnership (RDP) did not pass its $229,000 budget for 2014 tonight, March 5. This marks the second time the business membership failed to return enough ballots to have a quorum. The first unsuccessful vote took place in February.
