Rutherford finalizes municipal budget with 2% increase for homeowners

The final number for the 2013 Rutherford municipal budget: $28,976,410.80. Of that, $23,472,910.11 is to be raised through municipal taxation, with the remainder being funded through miscellaneous revenues, anticipated surpluses and receipts from delinquent taxes.
