Richard G. Grossy, a 39-year-old resident of High Street in North Arlington, was arrested after an investigation conducted by members of the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office Special Victims Unit and the North Arlington Police Department. Authorities learned that he engaged in inappropriate sexual activity with two female acquaintances, one 12-years-old and the another 13-years-old.
