WEST TRENTON, NJ - On Thursday, the New Jersey Office of Emergency Management announced that on Wednesday, November 9 at 2:00 p.m. EST, the federal government will conduct the first nationwide test of the Emergency Alert System (EAS). The test will last up to three and a half minutes.
