Flood Solution Group Appealing United Water Lawsuit Decision

The Hillsdale Council voted against pursuing an appeal of the ruling, which found the borough did not have jurisdiction over any part of United Water's upcoming project at the Woodcliff Lake Dam.

Public hearing for final site plan of 37-unit townhouse development postponed in Hillsdale

The Hillsdale Planning Board postponed a public hearing on a 37-unit townhouse development that was approved in 2008, but has been held up since by legal wrangling that continued this week despite the state Supreme Court siding with the builder.
