The Patterson Street bridge will be closed to traffic for more than a year, starting early next month, for reconstruction, according to the borough.

Hillsdale Police assisted the investigation with Computer Crimes Task Force personnel.

The Hillsdale Council has rescheduled their November 19 meeting to November 12, according to a notice from the borough. The meeting will take place at 7:30 p.m. November 12 in borough hall. The council will also meet at 7:30 p.m. November 6.

The project could help reduce some flooding along the Pascack Brook, according to Hillsdale Mayor Max Arnowitz.

Many parking spaces will be unavailable during the work.

The public health nurse is responsible for many duties in the borough.

Caliber Builders is seeking final site plan approval for their proposed age-restricted development on Ell Road in Hillsdale.

The event will benefit Hillsdale's schools.
