FAIR LAWN, N.J. - A 73-year-old Fair Lawn man was arrested at his home at 7:16 a.m. Wednesday morning on child pornography charges.

Stephen Basch, of Hamlin Court, has been charged with endangering the welfare of a minor by trasmission of child pornography (a 2nd degree offense), and endangering the welfare of a minor by possession of child pornography (4th degree offense).

The arrest came about as a result of an investigation conducted by members of the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office Computer Crimes Task Force, under the direction of Chief Joseph Macellaro.
