Pepper spray — wielded by girl — cited as culprit in Dumont church hall that sickened dozens

The contaminant that sickened 50 people in a Dumont church social hall Saturday night was a shot of pepper spray activated by a 10-year-old girl as a prank, the church’s pastor said Monday.
