Superior Court Judge Susan Steele rejected the position taken by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office that Rosen and his ex-wife, Lori Lewin, did not deserve full credit for their more than two-year participation in the Pretrial Intervention Program, which allows defendants to avoid a trial if they meet certain conditions.
