Holiday Concert in Woodcliff Lake, New JerseyWOODCLIFF LAKE, N.J. - On December 17, local high school students spread some holiday cheer with a choral concert for residents of an area rehabilitation center.

Students from St. Joseph Regional High School in Montvale and Immaculate Heart Academy of Washington Township performed a for residents of the Woodcliff Lake Health & Rehabilitation Center. The students of St Joseph volunteer regularly at the center as part of their "Adopt-a-Grandparent" program.

"Volunteering with individuals recovering from illness, and volunteering with our senior population, is a very educational and rewarding experience for the students," says Vivian Dillon, Recreation Director. "It teaches the students empathy and gives them a glimpse of what it would be like to work in the healthcare industry."
